About Devyani
I'm a Senior Transformation Leader for the financial services industry, supporting C-suite executives in business strategy, business operations, and technology change management. My services include advisory for businesses in areas of strategy, on regulatory change impact, mergers and acquisitions, technology uplift, change management and AI technology enablement. I am also coach and mentor to senior leaders around leadership, broadening their teams through a change management service. As an executive coach and business and technology consultant, across 3 continents for global firms, I am an advocate for women in leadership and growth for businesses..
Some of my most notable professional achievement so far :
- I have trained over 500 woman and men in Leadership skills across Asia
- I developed a women's leadership program for the U.S. military in Japan.
- I won the business Go-Gette award at my firm in 2022
- I was selected by my CTO to change an industry leading program for the Exchange, an initiative that the Reg NMS market would have not been initiated without
- I founded and launched a business in Asia
- I founded and led a Non for-profit organization in Asia

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having high standards of commitment, integrity and quality in my work. I believe in maintaining excellence and not compromising on quality, which has been a driving force throughout my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received comes in two parts. First, don't sweat the small stuff. The other thing is really just know what you're good at and stick with it. These principles have guided me throughout my career and helped me stay focused on what truly matters.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say that you're in a time with an abundance of resources and opportunities your predecessors didn't have. So embrace it and use it. Take advantage of everything that's available to you now, because the landscape has changed significantly and there are more tools and support systems than ever before.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
At a senior leadership position, I'd have to say one of the biggest challenges is trying to get through a very male-dominated leadership team and being seen and heard. At this stage of my career, learning to work with multiple generations of a workforce some something to navigate and learn to understand
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is definitely the most important value to me in both my work and personal life. It's the foundation of everything I do and guides my decisions and interactions.
