About Dhanashree

Dhanashree Dorage serves as the Founder and CEO of Royaltyca Publishing, which she established in 2022 after obtaining her green card. Drawing on her 15 years as a software engineer, she has published 50 novels on Amazon by hiring ghostwriters and providing story ideas, and she has developed a coaching business to help others create passive income through publishing, particularly assisting people in India. Dhanashree earned her Bachelor's of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Pune in 2009 and her Master's in Computer Science from Purdue University in 2015. She also completed her PMP certification from the University of Massachusetts and a Python course through Coursera offered by Google. Her success stems from continuous consistent work, hard work, and smart work, bolstered by her software engineering skills that enabled her to create AI tools for book creation. In 2024, she co-authored a book with Kevin Harrington and was selected for the MIT CTO program. Dhanashree values peace of mind, confidence, and satisfaction in her achievements, and she advises young women to pursue their goals without hesitation. The biggest challenge in her field is marketing, and she attributes her ability to overcome obstacles to starting tasks promptly with minimal upfront research.
