My advice to young women entering the legal field is to take advantage of every opportunity and always remember your “why.” Staying focused on your purpose will guide your decisions, motivate you through challenges, and help you make the most of every experience along your career journey.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally while in college. Balancing academic responsibilities with hands-on legal experience allows me to better understand my strengths, refine my skills, and prepare for a successful career in law.
