Her Interview

Ten minutes with Diana

01What do you attribute your success to?

God and my faith. I pray and then I move. I won't move until I have peace. I do everything with God.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Go after the dream that God birthed inside of you, study yourself to be approved, work hard, be accountable and stay teachable.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Continue to grow and never stop learning, be confident in your God given abilities, surround yourself with people that support your passion, build good relationships and have great work ethics.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In the life coaching business, there is much competition, but I coach a different way. I begin by praying for that person, and asking God, "How can I best help this person? What impact can I make in their life? I pray for and with them"

In writing, everyone has a book to share these days lol. I share my stories with women who are broken and hurting every day. The book is a place to start, but touching lives every day is the major impact. I am working on doing some podcasting in the near future.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are trust, honesty, dedication and time management.
