She specializes in program development, neurodiversity inclusion, executive functioning coaching, and transitional counseling for higher education institutions and vocational organizations. In her role as Director of the Bridges to Adelphi Program, Diana manages a comprehensive support system for neurodivergent students, collaborating with campus departments and community organizations to enhance awareness, acceptance, and appreciation of neurodiverse individuals. She has a demonstrated history of program development and management, career development, mindfulness coaching, and clinical supervision, and she is deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces that enable students to fully embrace their identities and achieve their potential.

Diana also maintains a private counseling practice, providing Rogerian therapy and strengths-based approaches to clients across the lifespan. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Marketing, as well as dual Master of Arts degrees in General Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University. Through her teaching, consulting, and clinical work, Diana is recognized for her dedication to neurodiversity advocacy, leadership in higher education, and fostering environments where all individuals’ voices can be heard and valued.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong foundation my parents helped me build, which instilled resilience, values, and confidence from an early age. I also credit my willingness to speak out and embrace opportunities to share my voice—these qualities have allowed me to advocate effectively, take initiative, and grow both personally and professionally.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

"Knowledge is Power" - Sir Francis Bowen

Take all the knowledge you learn from every opportunity you receive and apply it in all aspects of your life. That is how we learn to grow and evolve, continuing to better ourselves throughout time.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

“My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace every opportunity, including volunteering, as each experience builds skills and perspective. Leverage the relationships you form along the way—they are invaluable for learning, support, and growth. I also strongly recommend finding a mentor, someone who can guide you, challenge you, and help you navigate your career path with confidence.
