I am a business operations and HR executive who builds the systems, structures, and cultural practices that help organizations run with clarity, accountability, and humanity. As Vice President of Business Operations and HR at Stark Engineering, DPC, I lead daily operations, guide strategic initiatives, and cultivate a people‑first environment where teams feel supported, empowered, and aligned.
I am also the Founder of DY Diaz Operations Management, where I partner with organizations to strengthen their operational foundations through tailored solutions in business processes, HR architecture, workflow optimization, and executive support. My work centers on creating order out of complexity and designing frameworks that make growth sustainable.
A core part of my passion and leadership philosophy is championing environments where neurodivergent individuals and historically underrepresented groups can thrive. I design systems that reduce friction, increase clarity, and honor different ways of thinking and working. My approach to DEI is operational, not ornamental—embedding equity, accessibility, and psychological safety into the daily rhythms of how teams communicate, collaborate, and make decisions.
