Diana Garcia

I am a creative director, program developer, and community advocate with a deep commitment to using design, storytelling, and social impact to strengthen communities, currently serving as Program and Development Director at Vision Quilt, a role I have held since January 2023, where I lead program development, grant writing, and graphic design initiatives to support the organization's mission. I also serve as Creative Director at PradoGee Media LLC, a role I have held since January 2022, where I co-built and lead creative direction for a Bay Area creative services agency delivering brand identity, web design, content strategy, and digital production for small business and community-serving clients, leading brand development and visual identity work, delivering custom websites end-to-end, directing social media strategy, and owning client relationships from creative strategy through delivery.

I am also pursuing an Associate's degree in Child Development at Merritt College.

Across my career in creative direction, program development, and social impact, my work has been driven by a commitment to using creativity and collaboration to support community-serving organizations and small businesses. Whether I am leading program development and grant writing for a nonprofit, building brand systems and websites for clients, or pursuing my education in child development, I bring a strategic, creative, and purpose-driven approach that has made a lasting impact on the organizations and communities I serve. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue building creative and programmatic solutions that serve and strengthen communities.
