What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my drive and commitment to excellence. I hold myself to high standards and consistently strive to give my best in everything I do. I’m constantly evaluating how I can improve, not just for myself but also for those around me. I believe in lifting up my teammates, because when we all succeed together, it elevates the entire team. Collaboration and mutual support are central to my approach, and I take pride in fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and shine.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the tech industry is not to be intimidated by what you don’t know. In fact, not having all the answers can be an advantage. It sparks curiosity and encourages you to ask questions that others who “know everything” might not consider. By bringing a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn, you contribute in ways that can inspire new ideas and solutions. Embrace the learning process, trust your unique viewpoint, and remember that collaboration thrives when diverse perspectives come together.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and exciting opportunities—in my field right now is understanding how the rapidly evolving AI landscape will integrate with existing technologies and career paths. At the same time, there’s tremendous potential in people development, particularly in encouraging more women to enter and thrive in tech. Supporting diverse talent and fostering growth not only strengthens teams but also drives innovation across the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty and integrity. I believe that honest communication is the foundation for growth—both individually and as a team. Sometimes these conversations are difficult or uncomfortable, but addressing challenges directly allows everyone to improve and move forward.
I’ve been fortunate to have leaders who are candid and constructive with me. They don’t sugarcoat feedback; when something isn’t working, they tell me so I can address it. That openness has taught me to pay attention to small details that can make a big difference—whether in attitude, approach, or communication—and has opened doors I might not have expected.
I strive to carry that same honesty and integrity into my own leadership and interactions, because I know that when people feel they can trust and learn from one another, everyone benefits and achieves more together.
