About Diana
Diana Horn has spent about 35 years working in network television across multiple genres, with the bulk of her experience in daytime talk. She started her career as a production assistant before becoming a script supervisor and then serving as an associate director for many years. Most recently, she worked on the Kelly Clarkson show for seven years, initially as associate director and later as director in the final months of the series. Horn completed a typical college education that included studying abroad. She has a background in comedy, including sketch comedy and sitcoms, and plans to focus her directing career on those genres going forward. Horn advises young women entering the industry to seek out strong female mentors who promote female leadership and representation, citing Elizabeth Banks as an example of someone who walks the walk and talks the talk.
