Her Story

About Diana

Diana Miret is a Fractional CFO and Financial Strategist who helps women founders turn financial complexity into clarity, confidence, and sustainable profit. Through The Business Profit Consultancy, which she has led since 2018, she provides fractional CFO services, profitability analysis, cash-flow strategy, KPI dashboards, and financial education for growing businesses. Her approach combines behavioral finance, business strategy, and faith-based stewardship, reflecting her belief that money is shaped not only by numbers but also by behavior, beliefs, and how resources are managed.

Before building her own advisory practice, Diana spent more than a decade in senior project and program management within the financial services sector in Toronto. As a Senior Director at Symcor, she led strategic initiatives, business transformation efforts, and complex programs, including work connected to mergers and acquisitions. After retiring from corporate life at age 55, Diana eventually returned to business on her own terms after recognizing a need among entrepreneurs who had financial data but often lacked the confidence or knowledge to understand what their numbers were telling them. This experience led her to focus on financial coaching and fractional CFO work, where she now advises businesses on improving margins, managing cash flow, and making informed financial decisions.

At the heart of Diana’s work is her mission to bridge the gap between mindset and metrics. Through her proprietary Marginology Framework, she helps business owners understand the financial story behind their revenue, expenses, pricing, cash flow, and profitability rather than relying solely on their bank balance. She also serves as a Business Mentor with weVENTURE Women’s Business Center and as a Financial Coach with Hearts for Moms, extending her commitment to financial education and economic empowerment. For Diana, financial mastery is ultimately about more than growing a business—it is about helping women build profitable organizations that support their purpose, provide greater freedom, and create a lasting legacy.
