Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family, especially my father, who has always inspired me. Growing up with his example as an insurance agent taught me the value of dedication and service. My own path, working at the front desk and advancing into risk management for the Tribe, has been shaped by a commitment to excellence and thoroughness, including performing detailed inspections to ensure safety and quality.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay organized and stay calm, even when challenges arise. Organization helps me manage priorities effectively, while calmness allows me to approach problems with clarity and confidence. I also draw inspiration from my mom and dad, who taught me the value of hard work and perseverance through their own example. Their dedication has shown me that success comes not just from talent, but from consistent effort, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is simple but powerful: work hard. Success doesn’t come overnight. It comes from dedication, persistence, and a willingness to learn every day. Stay curious, embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, and never underestimate the value of resilience. Hard work not only builds skills but also earns respect and creates lasting opportunities.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, balance, and passion. I love spending time with my kids and supporting their interests. I also value staying active and engaged through sports, attending concerts and hiking, all of which keep me energized and grounded both personally and professionally.
