Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to persistence, hard work, strong communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to focus on details while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture. I’m confident in my capacity to multitask, prioritize, and support multiple departments simultaneously so that daily operations run smoothly. I also credit the lessons I’ve learned from my team and clients, along with my adaptability and my commitment to proving myself in a male‑dominated industry.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to keep moving forward, stay consistent, build a reliable reputation, communicate simply, and take the time to truly understand the business.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to learn and become truly skilled at something you know you can excel in. Be persistent, reliable, confident, honest, curious, and unafraid to trust your abilities and strength. Stay resilient, calm, and open. Listen, observe, and learn from those around you while protecting your energy and honoring your values. Stay connected, build a strong reputation and continue developing your expertise even when the path feels hard or challenging. You’ve got this. Stay curious, stay adaptable, and never stop learning; growth comes from being open to new challenges and perspectives. I’ve also been encouraged to lead with clarity, honesty, humility, and intention, treating every interaction as an opportunity to elevate the experience for others. And above all, keep moving forward, even when the journey isn’t easy, because consistency builds credibility.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is operating, working, and negotiating within a male‑dominated industry, particularly when managing large projects and international partnerships. Balancing multiple responsibilities across departments can also be demanding, especially in fast‑moving, detail‑driven environments.

At the same time, I see tremendous opportunities for women in operations leadership, international markets, and executive advancement, especially for those who excel at multitasking, managing time‑sensitive priorities, and navigating complex global relationships and cross‑functional teams. Women who bring strong operational discipline, strategic thinking, and adaptability are uniquely positioned to thrive and lead in this space.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are perseverance, credibility, honesty, integrity, reliability, accountability, teamwork, clear communication, active listening, understanding, curiosity, calmness, adaptability, treating everyone equally, valuing relationships, and committing to continuous learning and growth. These principles guide how I show up for my team, my clients, and myself.
