01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. There are no stupid questions, and not one person has all the answers. Be honest if you don't know something but research it and get back to the person. Be honest and willing to put in the hard work, because education is hard with longer hours than people realize, but it can be so rewarding.
