About Diane
Diane Davis began her career in 1993 in home warranty services supporting residential real estate as an affiliate. She spent four years as an area manager and then 19 years as a regional manager at First American Home Warranty, where she also completed the Emerging Leaders management leadership program. She later spent nine years in business development for real estate title services before pivoting into utilities three years ago. In her current role she helps consumers set up electric, internet, water, sewer, and trash services along with movers, packers, unpackers, and organizers, focusing on competitive kilowatt rates without gimmicks. Diane holds a bachelor's degree in hotel restaurant management from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota, and graduated from the TRLP leadership program through the Texas Association of Realtors in 2017. She has received recognition as Affiliate of the Year for the Metro Texas Association of Realtors in 2022 and served on its board of directors in 2023, along with top sales awards from First American Home Warranty and Fidelity National Title. She is also involved with the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and NARPM.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it's just my love of service. Whatever I do, I want to do well. I want to return every phone call, respond to every email, be true to my word. If I say I'm going to do something, I want to always come through. And just basic stuff that you learn in kindergarten. Treat other people well. It's still your character and honoring your word that goes the farthest.
