01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to establish healthy professional boundaries and understand that employment should be a mutually beneficial relationship. It is important to recognize and value your time, skills, and contributions rather than consistently giving more than what is acknowledged or supported. I encourage women to advocate for themselves, know their worth, and seek opportunities where their efforts are respected and appreciated.
