Decide what you want in life. Decide how you want to live. Then set goals to achieve that outcome. Break each goal into the smaller steps to measure your progress in achieving those goals.

Thank God for both your successes and failures. God and the Universe will put opportunities is your path to achieve your goals.

Building and remodeling homes doesn't involve skills you are born with. Like everything else in life, skills can be learned.

Don't listen to the people who tell you that you can't achieve whatever you want in life. Just keep taking one step at a time and you'll reach your goals. Believe in yourself, surround yourself with the people who believe in you and will help you achieve your goals.

Wherever you are, start now. However old you are in ten years you are going to be ten years older. The question is: have you started on the path to achieve what you want to achieve or are you still waiting to start.

Women in construction is becoming much more common than it was when I started in construction, Join "Women in Construction". You will meet women going through the same challenges that you are experiencing. They will share their successes and their challenges with you. Having a network makes achieving your goals much easier.

Focus and the belief that I can achieve anything I desire. God and the Universe are always on my side. The roadblocks I experience are because God knows a better way to get where I want to go. than I do. Have faith and know that when I find that roadblock it's just a sign that I'm moving forward but need to go in a different direction. It's not the end of the journey just a different path.
