01What do you attribute your success to?
My foundation personally and professionally. I was blessed by my parents to have that foundation, a solid foundation, a core of integrity. My mother's motto was to be the best. I had to prove myself despite initial rejections due to being blonde, and through determination and integrity I advanced with the help of mentors.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Put your blinders on, set your sights on a goal, take the chatter away of all the naysayers, and take the necessary steps to move forward. Learn from setbacks. Always try to be one step ahead in how you present yourself. Maintain professionalism at all times.
