Her Story
About Dianne
Dianne Allen brings more than 40 years of experience in executive helping and leadership to her role as an executive mentor. She began her work with executives after being featured on the Anderson Cooper show for a substance abuse youth program she created, which led her to develop an executive mentoring model focused on continued growth beyond initial recovery or other launch points. With a background in mental health and psychology sparked by personal experiences in high school, Dianne now creates an ecosystem for gifted neurodivergent visionary people to understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and access their intuitive intelligence sustainably. She teaches the five dimensions of intuitive intelligence architecture she developed and works with universities on research and retreats while serving as chair of the philanthropy committee on the University of Florida Psychology Advisory Board. Dianne also volunteers at a methadone clinic. She attributes her success to being a lifelong learner, a value instilled by her mother, and her willingness to be flexible, pivot when needed, and say yes to opportunities even when situations appear challenging, as demonstrated by her creation of the Florida Model for substance abuse treatment.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I am a lifelong learner, which my mother taught me from a very young age. I have always learned formally and informally every day, which has allowed me to work with a vast array of people. The other big part is my willingness to be flexible and pivot, realizing that just because the system says one thing does not mean that is how it has to be done. I say yes to opportunity and am willing to see what amazing thing can come out of situations that look like they are going wrong.
