Dianne Chase

She is an accomplished crisis communication expert, business storytelling strategist, and media consultant with over 25 years of experience helping organizations and professionals navigate complex communication challenges. As Founder and CEO of Chase Media and Communication, she provides crisis and cybersecurity communication consulting, media and presentation skills training, and on-site response services. She is one of only two professionals worldwide certified as an Accredited Partner in the GENIUS Business Storytelling methodology, developed by internationally recognized expert Gabrielle Dolan, and is passionate about strategic storytelling and helping leaders convey business messages through the lasting impact of storytelling. She also serves as a Crisis Communication Consultant, Trainer, and Strategic Manager at the Institute for Crisis Management, and as Podcast Host of "In the Loop" for the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce, which honored her as the 2025 Member of the Year. She serves as President of the International Association of Business Communicators - North Carolina and on the Board of Directors for XPX Charlotte, where she serves as Communications Committee Chair. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
