About Diksha
I started my career in 2013 as a software engineer, building websites and applications. My passion grew with machine learning and AI, leading me to upgrade my skills and work on transformative projects across healthcare, finance, marketing, and oil and gas. Now at Google Cloud for two and a half years, I partner with healthcare customers to implement AI solutions that improve daily practices, combining business and technical expertise for maximum impact.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Constant learning and dedication. The industry changes rapidly with new models and challenges every month, so staying updated on AI developments, safety, auditing, and responsible implementation is essential.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Identify exactly what role you want within AI, whether technical, business, or governance. Keep learning through online courses without needing a degree. Network actively and don't be shy about reaching out to people in good positions who can uplift and empower you.
