01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A famous artist from Uzbekistan advised reading certain books to improve writing style, but this led me to realize the importance of believing in my own voice and filtering advice through critical thinking rather than imitating others.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take care of yourself and maintain work-life balance for health. Stay professional, which includes being ethical and moral.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
