She is a behavioral scientist and organizational effectiveness consultant with deep expertise in applying behavioral science to talent development, culture transformation, and people operations. Currently serving as Founder and Behavioral Scientist at CulturaFi, she developed a proprietary behavioral diagnostic framework to identify individual and team patterns and translate findings into actionable organizational effectiveness recommendations. She also served as a Behavioral Consultant at MIDA SB SpA, where she diagnosed root causes of low client retention, designed a structured behavioral framework, and drove a 32% increase in client retention within the engagement period. Her experience includes serving as Managing Director at Penn Student Agencies, where she led operations of a student-run media agency and oversaw hiring, onboarding, and production timelines, and as Vice President of Career Development for the Penn Graduate Consulting Club, where she curated job opportunities and designed career workshops. She also served as an HR Management Consultant at CyntraLabs, managing employee relations investigations and supporting core HR processes.
