About Dinisha
Dinisha Ryan serves as Senior Manager of Deposit Operations, specifically deposit account servicing, at Golden One Credit Union in Sacramento, California. She has been in her current role for nearly two years and brings 22 years of experience in the banking industry. Ryan began her career in September 2004 as a temporary contractor at Travis Credit Union in consumer lending, where she advanced through roles in loan servicing before the 2008 recession led her to operations, an area she has remained in since. She spent 10 and a half years at Travis Credit Union. Ryan earned dual bachelor's degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from the University of Phoenix in 2010. She has furthered her professional development through a mentorship program, internal leadership training at First Republic Bank, two leadership programs via Wharton Executive Education, and the McKinsey & Company management accelerator program. In her role, she dedicates the majority of her time to operational oversight of four areas within deposit account servicing, including compliance and regulatory components, while also managing people and delivering metrics and reporting to senior leadership. Ryan attributes her success to persistence and a commitment to making a meaningful difference by helping others succeed and grow. She values integrity, authenticity, and transparency in her leadership, and she advises aspiring leaders to approach their roles from an authentic place rather than chasing titles. Outside of work, she volunteers regularly at the River City Food Bank.
