Her Story

About Dionna

I've spent 15 years in the health insurance industry, with a focus on Medicare, Medicaid, and population health throughout my work in corporate America. My approach has always been about supporting those around me and making connections so that others can grow and move throughout their careers. What I find most rewarding is seeing other team members and leaders develop and succeed. I believe you don't have to be a CEO to be influential - sometimes the most inspirational people are those without titles. I recently transitioned to a new role after being laid off, and I'm continuing to focus on building my impact and supporting my team through industry challenges.
