About Dionne
I have been in real estate for 24 years. I started after working for a CPA where a colleague sparked my interest, got my license, stayed at a company for 2 years, then went full-time. I was with RE/MAX before opening MOD Realty in 2022 to avoid franchise fees and make it affordable. My company uses AI and is tech-forward. We handle residential and commercial, with me focusing on commercial leasing, purchases, sales, specializing in warehouse and land development. I have 45 agents and emphasize helping clients and agents reach goals through knowledge and transparency.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to helping others, whether agents or clients, and helping people reach their goals.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be knowledgeable and know real estate thoroughly. Social media is key but you must understand the fundamentals like contracts, loans, your market, and how to generate business. Work your sphere of influence first. Communicate effectively and be transparent from the beginning. I share five key facts to help new agents navigate the process.
