Dipali Mehta

Dipali Mehta is a results-driven Facility Manager III at BGIS, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Infrastructure Ontario properties totaling over 2.4 million square feet. In her role, she ensures that all operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and cost efficiency, while supporting strategic performance across multiple sites. Drawing on her deep expertise in budget management, contract compliance, and team leadership, Dipali plays a key role in optimizing facility performance and delivering client-focused solutions within the public infrastructure sector.

Before transitioning into facility management, Dipali built a successful career in law enforcement in Canada—a foundation that instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and resilience. After taking time to focus on her family, she reentered the professional world with a renewed sense of purpose, channeling her leadership skills into property and operational management. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for fostering collaboration, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the integrity of every project she leads.

Dipali holds dual MBAs in Hospitality Management and Administration from Texas State University and The University of Texas at Austin, along with multiple certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and LEED Green Associate. Passionate about sustainability and innovation, she continually seeks to enhance building efficiency and environmental responsibility. Outside of work, Dipali enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering, having contributed to initiatives with the United Nations.
