Disha Mehta is a consulting executive and business strategy leader with more than 12 years of experience helping global consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and financial services organizations drive growth through advanced analytics, revenue growth management, and digital transformation. As Vice President of Consulting at Decision Point Analytics, she leads strategic client engagements focused on business development, customer lifecycle management, pricing and promotional effectiveness, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making. Recognized for her entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style, Disha excels at translating complex business challenges into innovative, actionable solutions that deliver measurable results.
Before joining Decision Point Analytics, Disha built a strong foundation in finance and risk management through roles at JPMorgan Chase, Swiss Re, and WNS Global Services. Since joining Decision Point Analytics in 2018, she has progressed through multiple leadership positions, taking on end-to-end ownership of client portfolios, business strategy, and high-impact consulting initiatives. Working within a fast-growing organization that evolved from a startup into an acquired enterprise, she gained valuable experience wearing multiple hats, leading cross-functional teams, and helping global brands optimize commercial strategies through analytics and technology. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate degree in Risk Management from the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management, combining technical expertise with strategic business insight.

Best career advice was never get afraid of new challenges. If you'll fail, it's okay, you'll learn something so that next time you're not doing the same mistake.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenges are ever-changing market scenarios requiring new technology and business needs daily, and working in a male-centric environment where it's difficult to put your voice sometimes as the only woman in leadership. Opportunities include learning more every day from changing markets, new competitors and technology.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Work-wise, work ethics, integrity and respect are very important. In personal life, respect is core, plus giving time to loved ones because work will always be there but taking time for family matters.
