Disha Patel, CPA, is the founder of ClearPath Accountancy, a Silicon Valley-based firm dedicated to empowering small businesses and female entrepreneurs with financial clarity, compliance, and strategic growth. With over 16 years of experience in accounting and assurance, she combines her expertise as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) to deliver comprehensive tax, accounting, and audit-readiness services. Alongside her work at ClearPath, Disha also serves as an Audit and Professional Development Instructor at 20-20 Services LLC, where she develops and leads training programs that advance professional knowledge across the industry.
Disha’s career began in India, where she earned her Chartered Accountant designation and gained foundational experience in accountancy before relocating to the United States. In the U.S., she earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Suffolk University and worked in Boston and California at prominent firms, including RSM US LLP, where she held leadership roles in assurance and client service. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to simplify complex financial concepts, provide actionable insights, and mentor aspiring professionals, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and public-facing leadership.
