01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I wasn't very confident when I started but eventually you get all the confidence. Just never focus on failing. Failures do come but you will always conquer. I'm a very positive person in life even though if I failed so many times but the moment when you achieve and you get what you wanted that's the moment I live for so I would say all the leaders all the women out there that do not be afraid try it. Even though if it fails just keep trying it one day you will achieve what you want.
