I attribute my success to faith, grit, continuous learning, and the willingness to keep moving even when I don't have everything figured out. My family is a big part of my “why.” Entrepreneurship gave me the opportunity to create more freedom for our family while building something that can positively impact other people. I’ve learned that you don't have to know everything before you begin—you have to be willing to start, learn, adapt, and keep going.

Start before you feel completely ready. You can spend years waiting for the perfect plan, the perfect timing, or more confidence, but growth happens when you take action. Know your “why,” stay willing to learn, and don't be afraid to reinvent yourself when the world or your industry changes.

Don't underestimate what you can build simply because you don't come from a traditional business or technology background. I started as an immigrant learning e-commerce and digital skills on my own. Take the first step, learn continuously, surround yourself with people who challenge you to grow, and use technology—including AI—as a tool to multiply your abilities. You don't have to wait for someone to give you an opportunity. You can learn how to create one.

AI is creating one of the biggest shifts—and opportunities—for entrepreneurs today. Businesses are no longer asking whether they should use AI; they're trying to understand how to implement it effectively. The opportunity is not simply using more tools. It's creating smarter systems that combine AI, automation, marketing, customer experience, and human expertise. Entrepreneurs who learn how to adapt and build these systems will be able to operate more efficiently, serve customers better, and compete at a level that previously required much larger teams.

Faith, family, integrity, service, and continuous growth are at the center of everything I do. My Christian faith reminds me that business is not only about what we achieve, but also about how we treat people and what we do with the opportunities we've been given. I want to build businesses that serve people well, create opportunities for others, give my family greater freedom, and leave something meaningful for the next generation.
