I am a product management leader with a strong track record of driving digital transformation, platform modernization, and customer-centric innovation across the financial services, aviation, and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management for the Global Banking Platform at JPMorganChase, a role I have held since December 2025, where I lead product strategy for the Global Banking Platform, focusing on cloud transformation, API modernization, and AI-driven solutions.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Product Manager for Digital Communications at JPMorganChase for over two years, where I drove product strategy and platform modernization for the Communications Platform, leading the migration of legacy APIs and UI experiences to the cloud for over eighty million customers and four-point-four billion data records, improving customer experience, scalability, and long-term operating efficiency.

Before joining JPMorganChase, I worked as a Product Manager and Product Owner at United Airlines on a contract basis for three years, where I architected the Test Data Hub, a Robotic Process Automation platform that automated test data processes, achieving two million dollars in cost savings in just one year. I conducted over one hundred user interviews, engineered a UI design that resulted in a twenty-five percent boost in user engagement, built a strategic roadmap with over ninety-five percent on-time delivery, and created enterprise-level executive dashboards that saved over eighty manual reporting hours per week.

I also served as Product Manager at ValueLabs, where I was a finalist in the North American Software Testing Awards, named one of the fastest-growing women at the company, and featured in the Women of ValueLabs series. I also served as Associate Director of Development at ValueLabs, where I led competitor analysis, spearheaded a B-school case study competition, and played a key role in Salesforce implementation and cloud consulting.

I hold a Product Management certification from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a PGDM (equivalent to MBA) in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.
