Dolly Watkins

She is an accomplished hospitality and events leader with over a decade of experience in catering sales, group sales, event management, and senior living operations, currently serving as Director of Catering and Conference Services at The Dollywood Company. In this role, she leads an exceptional team dedicated to turning life's milestones into unforgettable experiences, overseeing the planning and execution of weddings, meetings, conventions, and special events across Dollywood's resorts. Prior to this role, she served as Catering Sales Manager at Dollywood and as Group Sales Manager and Catering Sales Manager at Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa. Her career also includes serving as Director of Resident Services at The Cottages of Hickory Senior Living, Operations Manager and Sales & Event Specialist at Marriott International, and Owner of Events by Dolly B. Inc., where she planned and executed over 500 events. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos.
