Her Story

About Dominica

With over 27 years of industry experience, she currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Distribution Officer at Breckinridge Capital Advisors, where she has been making waves since 2020. As a key member of both the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, she orchestrates the firm's strategic vision through comprehensive distribution and marketing initiatives.

Her impressive career includes a transformative role as Head of Institutional Marketing for North America at State Street Global Advisors. There, she left an indelible mark on Wall Street – quite literally – through the iconic Fearless Girl installation. This groundbreaking campaign resonated globally, highlighting the crucial link between gender diversity in corporate leadership and sustained business success.

A passionate advocate for positive change, she extends her expertise beyond the corporate realm. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Crispus Attucks Children's Center in Boston and as a Corporate Trustee for the Trustees of Reservations, America's pioneering preservation and conservation organization. Her commitment to education shines through her role as a teen mentor at the Attleboro Community Academy, where she helps guide students seeking alternative paths to graduation.

Her dedication to advancing women in finance is evident through her active membership in several prestigious organizations, including 100 Women in Finance, Boston Women in Finance, Women in Sustainable Finance, Women in Pensions Network, and the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). Her academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence, having earned an A.S. in Computer Support from Dean College, followed by both a B.S. and M.S. in Business Management with honors from Lesley University.
