Dominique Davis is an accomplished Account Executive at NLADA Mutual Insurance Co., RRG, where she partners with organizations in the equal justice community to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions. With more than a decade of experience in account management and customer relations, Dominique has built a reputation for fostering strong client partnerships, driving retention, and consistently exceeding expectations through her strategic approach and commitment to service.
Before joining NLADA Mutual, Dominique spent ten years at Amica Mutual Insurance, where she advanced from Associate Account Manager to Senior Account Manager, leading diverse territories and refining her expertise in customer service, performance assessment, and team engagement. Earlier in her career, she developed her leadership and management skills in the retail sector, serving in progressive management roles with The Limited.
Dominique is recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, cultivate long-lasting client relationships, and create strategies that align with organizational goals. A graduate of LaSalle University, Dominique holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
