Dominique Haft

Dominique Haft is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in management and technology consulting, known for building strategic partnerships, driving growth initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions. Currently, she serves as an Executive Fellow at FUSE, partnering with the Seattle Office of Housing to advance the Home Ownership as Preservation (HOP) program. Dominique’s career spans multiple leadership roles across global consulting and technology firms. At Avanade, she led Modern Workplace and Employee Experience initiatives, helping cross-industry clients improve productivity, collaboration, and business value through Microsoft technologies. She also served as Global Innovation Design Lead, directing large-scale client experiences and event programs, including Microsoft Ignite & Envision, the National Retail Federation, and other major industry conferences. Previously at Accenture, she managed global innovation labs, led sales enablement efforts, and oversaw the Microsoft HoloLens incubation program, contributing to over $260M in innovation-related sales and earning recognition as a regional finalist for Accenture’s Greater Than Awards.
Earlier in her career, Dominique gained experience in communications and analytics at Waggener Edstrom, managing client reporting and research for Microsoft and other clients. Her career trajectory reflects a consistent focus on connecting people, experimenting with emerging technologies, and translating “art of the possible” concepts into real-world solutions. She is a certified Design Thinking practitioner through the LUMA Institute and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Western Washington University.
Outside of work, Dominique enjoys chasing after her four rescue cats, testing new cocktail recipes, snowboarding, paddleboarding, traveling, and exploring nature. Her passion for creativity, collaboration, and innovation continues to guide her work in shaping the future of how we live and work.
