Currently serving as Vice President of Sales, U.S. at WiiM, she leads U.S. market expansion, building a high-performing sales team, scalable processes, and distribution strategies for next-generation high-resolution audio products. Previously, Dominique oversaw U.S. commercial strategy at Elvie, scaling women’s health tech products across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, national retail, and healthcare channels, and led the consumer health division launch at Masimo, securing major retail and e-commerce placements.
Dominique’s career spans some of the most recognized names in consumer audio and tech, including Sound United, Victrola, and Audio-Technica. She has a proven track record of transforming challenger brands into household names, driving category growth, and expanding distribution channels across mass retail, specialty electronics, DTC, e-commerce, and healthcare. A first-generation college graduate from Kent State University, Dominique funded her education by working full-time in automotive sales. I attribute my success to persistence, confidence, and self-belief, combined with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and putting the female tech consumer at the center of every product and retail decision. Building strong, strategic partnerships and maintaining a customer-centered approach have been key to driving meaningful results.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep going, find your voice, push through resistance, and advocate for your ideas—because meaningful progress often comes from refusing to give up.
