What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my mother, sister, and husband. Their encouragement and belief in me have given me the confidence to pursue my goals wholeheartedly. They consistently reminded me that I could achieve anything I set my mind to—as long as I was willing to go after it—and that support has been a driving force behind my accomplishments.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering this industry to never lose sight of their purpose, because that purpose will be what drives you forward. In education, it’s not about the money—it’s about the impact you make. There may be challenges and moments of struggle along the way, but those experiences will help shape you and make you stronger. Stay focused on why you chose this path, remain resilient, and strive every day to make a meaningful difference.
