I attribute my success to my passion for connecting with people and being a solution-driven force in HR. I find real fulfillment when someone brings me a challenge and I’m able to help solve it. Above all, my success comes from maintaining a powerful mindset—having the audacity to do it anyway and being willing to take on challenges others may avoid.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received has come from the mentors who played a pivotal role in my journey, particularly Vickie Stokes and Tracy White, whose guidance and support helped shape my growth and confidence.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the field is to do your research and unapologetically ensure you are paid what you’re worth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center on health, balance, and connection. I prioritize wellness and fitness, value time spent traveling, and cherish meaningful moments with family and friends.
