Donetta Bess

She is a case management, criminal justice, probation, and administrative support professional with experience in client support, therapeutic crisis intervention, probation and parole work, scheduling, organization, customer service, and public-sector administration. She currently works as a Case Manager at Raleigh Rescue Mission, supporting individuals through case management services. Her background includes serving as a Probation Parole Officer with the NC Department of Adult Correction and an Administration Specialist with the North Carolina Department of Justice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University.
