I'm the Owner of Rock Solid Accounting LLC, a contract-based virtual bookkeeping and accounting practice I started in June 2023. I serve both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, helping them stay financially organized, compliant, and confident in their numbers. Based in Minnesota, I work in a hybrid model that allows me to support clients across state lines with flexibility and precision.

Prior to launching Rock Solid Accounting, I served as Accounting Controller at Grounded Air Transport Inc., G.A. Logistics, and Herzog Holdings for three and a half years. In that role, I wasn't just maintaining day-to-day financials—I conducted an in-depth review and clean-up of the 2022 financials for two of the companies and built the financial management system for Herzog Holdings from the ground up in QuickBooks Desktop, including bank accounts, assets, and long-term liability accounts.

Around the same time, I also worked as a self-employed Business Manager handling both accounting and human resources, giving me a well-rounded view of what small to mid-sized businesses need to run smoothly.

Before that, I spent nearly five years as a Business Manager at Clergy Financial Resources, followed by a shorter but impactful role at Plaisted Companies, where I identified critical HR needs related to compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.

Across every role, I've done one thing consistently: I come in, assess what's broken or missing, and build systems that work. Whether I'm cleaning up messy financials, setting up a company's entire accounting structure, or helping a nonprofit stay audit-ready, I bring the same level of care, accuracy, and problem-solving.
