Ten minutes with Donna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for helping others through health and wellness, my commitment to studying functional medicine and root-cause healing, and my desire to provide patients with alternative approaches beyond conventional medicine. I am driven by the opportunity to help individuals optimize their longevity, wellness, and overall quality of life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is not to allow failure to deter me. Failure can provide perspective and create an opportunity to work harder, change my approach, and grow. I view setbacks as another step on the ladder of personal and professional development and as an opportunity to step outside my comfort zone.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One challenge I experience is working in a coaching capacity alongside medical practitioners without holding a medical degree, which requires me to understand and clearly define my role within the healthcare team. Balancing my responsibilities as a mother of six, wife, and full-time clinic manager is another significant challenge. At the same time, there are exciting opportunities to expand the clinic into Arizona with two additional locations, explore regenerative and alternative therapies, and continue growing professionally within healthcare and wellness administration.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value contributing financially as a mother and wife while setting an example of hard work and dedication for my children. Personal and professional growth are also very important to me, including setting goals, developing myself, and continually refining my skills in business development and communications. Above all, I want to add value and make a meaningful difference in the medical and wellness field.
