Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I might sound a little cliche, but I would honestly have to say just believing in yourself, believing in God, and going with your intuition. When you feel a change is needed, you need to actually just take that leap and dive into it. There's always going to be hesitations, but as long as you're able to move forward with those adjustments, I think honestly life is a little bit easier for you versus kind of pushing away from what could be a good opportunity for you as far as life. My biggest accomplishment has been taking this leap with my company and trusting my intuition. It's about being able to take all the skills that you have learned and gathered throughout the many years of your life, and even though there was almost kind of like a little tiny doubt, like can I actually do this field, I just trusted the process. Starting in this legal field with zero experience at the time has been my proudest achievement.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would definitely say do your research, and any hesitations that you have, don't let it stop you, especially if it's something you're passionate about or even just curious about. If your mind is wandering and you want to try something new, I would say do it with confidence and ask many, many questions. Don't let hesitation stand in the way of exploring something that interests you, because it could turn out to be one of the best decisions you ever make.
