Currently serving at the University of Central Florida as both a Certified Professional Academic Success Coach and Student Resources Manager for the College of Nursing, leading initiatives that enhance student retention, graduation rates, and licensure exam outcomes (TEAS and NCLEX).
Provides strategic oversight of student support services, coordinating programs and resources for undergraduate and graduate nursing students while fostering a student-centered, high-performance learning environment. Known for data-driven program development, academic coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to improve key academic metrics.
Also serves as a LEAD Scholars Academy Professor, contributing to student development through teaching and mentorship. Holds a Master of Education from Auburn University and brings a strong foundation in educational leadership, student engagement, and academic success strategies.
