Dora Marinov is a Relationship Coach and Mentor who founded Regal Mentoring LLC in May 2024 to pursue personal relationships coaching. Through her website at www.relomentoring.org she offers one-on-one mentoring sessions focused on helping individuals navigate relationships and breakups. Dora draws inspiration from mentoring her sister through a long-term relationship transition and from her own 24-year marriage, which began after meeting her husband in church. 01What do you attribute your success to?

As far as my personal business, I'm just starting now, so I can't brag about being successful, but I do want to gain publicity, I do want to gain that visibility, whatever it takes to get me there. I expect that to be small baby steps at a time, not an overnight success. But I'm determined to be consistent, whatever's up to me. Even if I have to hire a salesperson for that, I'll do that.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You cannot be lazy, sitting around depending on mom and dad. You've got to venture as early as possible and try to be independent. I encourage networking as statistically networking is the top of the game where job seekers find their next opportunity fastest. LinkedIn comes second.
