Dora Pinder

Dora Pinder is an accomplished attorney based in Columbus, Ohio, and the founder of Dora P. Pinder, Attorney at Law, LLC, where she has practiced since 2000. Before establishing her own law firm, Ms. Pinder served as an attorney with Allstate Insurance Company, representing the company and its insureds across multiple legal jurisdictions while resolving complex litigation matters and claim disputes. She previously worked as a Claims Analyst with ESIS Insurance Company, a Chubb company, where she managed personal injury and premises liability claims, conducted comprehensive policy reviews, and handled litigation from investigation and discovery through hearings and appeals. Her experience also includes strategic settlement negotiations, appellate monitoring, and the management of complex legal matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Pinder has contributed to the development of future legal professionals as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State Community College, where she taught paralegal studies, including legal research, legal writing, litigation, and business law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Retailing from Michigan State University.
