01What do you attribute your success to?

Always a higher power, I think.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

From my director at the City and County of Denver, she said to never stop trying to increase your knowledge.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I think that I would also tell them to continue education. Always, remember to try to grow in your profession. And do something that you love.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges: prefer to be 100% remote but aerospace industry is 100% in office. Opportunities: a lot of opportunities if you are willing to continue your education.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I think honesty and trust, I think those are big. Especially when you're in a leadership role, I think that transparency, and being honest and being trustworthy, I think, is really big.
