Doretha Hill

I came to the Academy Group in 2021 after serving as Director of Operations at Junior Achievement of Chicago where I oversaw K-12 financial literacy programming across the city. In my current role as Director of Internships, I focus on building employer partnerships and scaling internship programs to multiple cities. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in art and design and value creating authentic relationships that provide transformative opportunities for young people.
