01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't think you're not a major player. I refer to myself as a small speck of sand within my field but I'm never the small speck of sand. I contribute so much, look for improvement, offer a lot, think in systems and improvement rather than just day-to-day tasks.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep an open mind. When you hit challenges, look at them as lessons, a learning time rather than getting bitter. Especially women, keep going, push through, be creative and strategic about your goals. It may not be linear, it's going to be a roller coaster.
