Her Story

About Dr

Dr. Jannine Ambrose holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Sri Lanka and has spent over 30 years teaching metaphysics through lectures and classes. She integrates sound frequencies, art, and music into her teachings on auras, energy, and how thoughts, words, and actions shape reality, encouraging personal responsibility. After studying with a yogi, she became a colleague and taught in various settings. Dr. Ambrose has authored Achieving Self-Mastery and is working on her third book while sharing her journey of overcoming challenges, including two divorces and raising six children, along with her many magical experiences. She is creating The Loving Arts Centre, a holistic center with classes, holistic doctors, music, and community events, with plans to expand globally to find her spiritual family and continue teaching.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Dr

01What do you attribute your success to?

I feel success is about being happy, empathetic and sensitive to others including respect. I share with the collective how to achieve self mastery. Releasing emotion to understanding. Emotion creates reaction, fear, anger and hate. Which only hurts the person. There are skills to alleviate this.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

"Do It Now!" The Yogi I mentored with told me that..

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It depends on their situation. I have an affirmation, I say, it's release emotion to understanding, because emotion creates reaction, which is hate, fear and anxiety, anger. You want to have empathy and compassion, but emotion doesn't really serve us. Traumas create lesions in the brain and actually create disease in the body. So if there's someone that's had a trauma that has an illness, we go into that trauma and we change it in their mind, which actually heals the lesion in the brain and heals the body. Everything is energy.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

It's timing! When you have done the work, we wait for the perfect timing that the universe has for us.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Balance is the greatest thing for me. If I'm not balanced, I can't maneuver through this world, through my children and my family, and all the different things that are going on. The more that you focus on that, the less you are reactive to anything. It's being conscious and listening to your feelings. It all comes from the heart.
