Dr. Erica Ben

She is a program management, operations, administration, and higher education professional with experience in office management, payroll, taxes, purchasing, travel coordination, research support, grant assistance, teaching, and Native American literature. She currently serves as Senior Program Manager at Walking Shield, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer at NT Field Services, where she manages administrative operations, payroll, vendor communication, inventory, taxes, scheduling, and company logistics. She has also held administrative, research, and teaching roles with the University of California, Riverside, California Indian Nation College, and Cal Poly Pomona.
